Print the Clock Drawing and present it to the patient.
Say, "Please draw a clock face with all the numbers and hands."
Do not give a time, the patient must choose for himself.
When the patient is finished, say, "Write in this box the time on your drawn clock in numbers, as in the timetable or in a TV Guide."
The following criteria are considered completely correct for the watch drawing:
All 12 numbers are approximately equally spaced.
The numbers 3, 6, 9 and 12 are placed correctly.
2 hands for hours and minutes are clearly distinguishable (independent criterion).
The analogue and digital time are the same.
It is advisable to cover the box with the numbers and to read the time drawn yourself.
Please ask the question exactly as it is formulated.

« Are you affected in your everyday life by the memory or concentration difficulties? »
Further evaluation necessary
The patient is likely to suffer from cognitive disorders, which should be clarified further. Depending on the general practitioner situation, referral to a memory clinic or further clarification steps in your own practice are recommended.
Watchful waiting
Although the BrainCheck result is negative, suspicions of cognitive disorders may have arisen. It therefore makes sense to carry out a brain check again in about 6–12 months.
